Order Tracking

After your order ships, available tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout.

If tracking is not available immediately, please allow carrier systems time to update. Contact us with your order number if the parcel is delayed, the update is missing, or tracking says delivered and you cannot locate it.

Orders shipped within Canada normally take 5–8 business days in total, including 1–2 business days for processing and 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch.
